About K&W Milling
Kelly & Ward Milling — a couple of inventors from Queensland who build feed systems farmers can run and farm workshops can maintain.
K&W Milling (short for Kelly & Ward Milling) was created by a couple of inventors — Simon Ward, a dairy farm kid with a passion for engineering and CAD design, and Brendan Kelly, an electrician with a sharp eye for automation.
How they ended up building feed systems together? Let's just say it didn't start in a workshop. Brendan tells the story in the videos.
Today every K&W system is designed in 3D, built and wired in Queensland, programmed in-house on Schneider Electric PLCs, and installed, commissioned and supported by the same two people who designed it.
How we work
Silos, augers, turrets, hoppers and mixers modelled in 3D on your site before anything is cut. Ration formulation help included.
Licensed electrical contractor. Control cabinets, Schneider Electric PLCs and drives, and K&W's own touchscreen software.
Installed, commissioned and calibrated on site with operator training — then supported by the people who built it.
Customers
We'll tell you honestly whether a K&W system suits your setup — and what it could save.
